i love nu-metal a lot, duh (i tried naming some non-nu-metal bands/ppl up there.), and i especially love underground nu-metal (i still love mainstream a lot, i hate people who hate on popular GOOD music cuz they think it makes them more special for listening to it.). i don't understand why more nu-metal fans get into it, cuz there's so many so good bands so easy to find. my favorite things about nu-metal is the emotion, the lyrics (from kilkus to ih5, i love it all. although i do like deeper more meaningful lyrics more..i still think stuff like methods of mayhem is enjoyable. get g-get naked! lil kim is the real queen of rap.), the sound in general, like for example...the dj stuff, other metal genres don't really have that. and i love nu-metals diversity, soft singing to screaming to rapping, heavier stuff to softer stuff (a lot of times in bands themselves, like kittie having some softer songs and then heavier songs)...all of the bands sound different. even bands that sound similar to others like brik (with koRn) that you can see above, have differences that make them unique.

besides that, my very favorite band is factory 81 (which is obvious.) i love their message, to think for yourself, their uniqueness and their sound. nate has such a beautiful voice, andy's 1 of my favorite drummers working hard always...bill and kevin go perfectly together. for the songs that have lyrics released by the band, theyre meaningful and very relatable to me, such as 3 o'clock love letter, one of my all time favorite songs... it's helped me a lot, making me feel yk better and it's nice to have something to relate to, especially when it's your exact feelings...which is another reason i love nu metal, most bands have such relatable lyrics, i love when they're a bit more specific yk, so it's even better when i relate to them exactly...
